7 ounces goes a long way.

Bought first because of the pandemic. Public fountains have been closed/turned off and local jogging shops have restricted travel times. This article has been very helpful in maintaining water balance. It will take some time to get used to carrying water in your hand while running.

Pros
  • Materials: Food grade polypropylene (BPA free) bottle and oxford cloth and neoprene sleeve with silicone cap.
Cons
  • Expensive

Looks fun but is effective.

I threw away the canteen because it hit my ass too hard. That. not perfect, but a much better alternative to a quick sip of water while running or walking. I wouldn't use it for cycling, but for hiking and exercising it's better than lugging around an uncomfortable bottle. Note: takes some getting used to.

Pros
  • Hands Free: Wrist water bottle with hand straps and anti-drip sports lock, but outdoor activities allow you to have your hands completely free while wrapping around your wrists.
Cons
