Very cheap part number

Grayscale is useful when taking pictures to set the exposure. Take a photo of the reference while shooting, and then it helps to set the white balance and adjust the color in post. It's printed so the screen can be seen in close-ups or under a magnifying glass.

Pros
  • Camera and Photo
Cons
  • Some bugs

Worth almost literally nothing

I can't say the colors are inaccurate but without a digital version verified by the same company you won't be able to to compare the map with its real colors on the screen. That alone should render it useless, but adding more will make the map translucent! Also, direct light on the card will invalidate all colors as the translucency basically makes them glow. DO NOT BUY. Yes, it's cheap, but if that's what you want, spend 100 and get something real.

Pros
  • Light meters and accessories
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Inaccurate, better for the eyeball Color

The whole point of the product is color calibration - colors are not accurate. You'll be better off calibrating by eye in all situations. Aside from the fact that it's glossy, making it unusable in most lighting situations, the color itself is imprecise. For example, an 18% gray page actually measures an average of 23% gray with a bluish cast.

Pros
  • Lighting and studio
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
