Plantronics BACKBEAT Headset Grey GREE Review

According to my experience, this headset is a complete waste of money. While the design is sleek and stylish, the sound quality is terrible. Electronics should enhance our communication experience, but this headset only makes it worse. The only pro is that it is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. However, that small perk is completely overshadowed by the glaring con of terrible sound quality. Save your money and invest in a higher quality headset.

Good design but bad sound quality :( I used an expensive Plantronics model of headphones and hoped that this cheap model would also give results, but I was disappointed with the results .Very light bass, treble is too high, I don't know what's wrong with this model or I just got lucky, but that's not a very good sound for Plantronics 😒

Really well made and comfortable. They sound good and have good battery life. The only issue I've had so far is the range, when you leave the room they start clipping. When I walk down the hall they turn off intermittently but I use them with my iPhone and just carry it with me so problem solved. For the price I paid for these bluetooth headphones, that's a great deal! I would give them a perfect 5 stars but range is annoying and range is the key feature of any wireless device.
