I was happy to find this new cable version - I was afraid they were no longer made! This works great with our Cisco SPA504G phones and we have had no complaints.

The cable is too short to use. Order only if you don't mind hovering over your phone; If you have to reach across a table with a headset, be prepared to be yanked on a leash like a dog! 18 inches is not enough!

This item will NOT work with cable part 64279-02, the pins will not align properly and the headset will not function.
