I came across this skirt and I can tell you it's the BEST! The folds are clear and the plaid is on top. The high waist flatters me so much it makes me feel like a runway model. My rating is too small

It was cute but had a hard time getting over my hips even though I ordered a normal plus size. If I was a little flatter maybe it could fit, I returned it.
