These cushions are available at a great price. They are also very strong, I would say about 4 inches tall when fluffed. Trying to make a "dent" for my head was a gamble (unsuccessful). I had a down pillow as a child. Later I also got a pillow without feathers. It was lighter and fluffier and a lot less comfortable to sleep on.
