The dress is really pretty but too big in height and small in the bust for my 8 year old. So I had to pay $35 to shoot her for her birthday. The material is really beautiful. Next year it will not fit in the chest area.

Beautiful dress! After reading other reviews I ordered a size smaller. My daughter is 8 and I ordered 6 for her and she fits very well! That meant it was a little shorter, not quite to the bottom but still nice. Very satisfied.

Pretty good price. Like other commenters, I found several uses in the form of butterflies. For those with basic sewing skills, this is not a problem. I plan on polishing them all, just in case. Some butterfly appliques have very small spots. If you don't look carefully, you'll never see it. It says hand wash only, but I'm worried the butterflies will fall off when washing.
