In this case, you cannot charge your Apple Pencil. Otherwise a very good case.

Poetic tortoiseshell covers are always a hit. This case is soft and durable and offers excellent protection from falls. The holes are perfectly cut except for red (I had three colors) where the fingerprint sensor hole is rough and uneven. This affects more than just the aesthetics, because that's where you would put your finger. If this hole is rough and there is excess silicone hanging around the edge, the finger will hurt a little. I've tried trimming with scissors, it helps a little but…

Covers the ambient light sensor of the 4th generation iPad Air. Very annoying, I will not buy again.

Ha! Durability/comfort to hold/strength. All of this is meaningless if you can't see the screen. It covers the light sensor, so when you put the cover on, the sensor closes, the iPad thinks it's night and dims the screen to make it as dark as possible. Yes, you can disable auto dimming or cut this part off the case. Or the manufacturer can design a case that doesn't block the ambient light sensor.

Nice case, light sensors don't work

I saw in other reviews that the light sensor cutouts were wrong. Well thought it said "Revision" in the title, maybe they fixed it. NO. Poetic is intended to replace cases with fixed cutouts for light sensors. Don't buy unless you want to cut yourself extra necklines like mine.

Finally! Original iPad Air 4 Case

I found iPad Air 4 cases are really good or not. Several companies advertise products designed for the iPad Air 4, when in fact this is not the case. This case is an exception to this rule. The camera, Touch ID power button, charging port, and microphone cutouts are all perfectly positioned and sized. Additionally, the speaker cutouts have a conduit that directs sound onto the iPad's screen, rather than out to the sides. I didn't initially think this feature would work and end up being harder…
