Easy way to manage business workflows

I like how easy it is to setup and use! It's nice having all of your issues in one place so you can quickly find what you're looking for when needed. Also, you don't have to worry about losing something or forgetting where you put something as everything is stored online. There are some things that could be improved such as being able to search by date instead of time (for example searching for an incident from last week). We've been using this software since 2012 and we haven't had any…

Great way for tracking, organizing troubleshooting

The thing I like about this tool are as follows:- Easy to navigate through.- Best customer service support we've ever had from any software product.- Friendly user interface makes it super easy & simple to use even without technical background of such systems.The problem area in my mind so far has been limited by our own internal IT department (which should not have limitations) but with great help from them all seems well under control now.- Ability to organize your tickets within different…
