Polar Verity Sense is a versatile and high quality optical heart rate sensor that measures your heart rate at your arm or temple. Polar Verity Sense offers a good alternative to a chest strap for heart rate measurement and a wrist-based heart rate sensor for heart rate measurement. You can use it on the wrist strap that comes with the product, or on the strap holder for swimming goggles, or alternatively, you can wear it anywhere it fits snugly against your skin. Polar Verity Sense gives you complete freedom of movement and is suitable for many sports. To top it all off, PolarVerity Sense records your heart rate, distance, speed and laps as you swim in the pool.
