I almost missed that after reading the comments about the long sticks of butter not fitting, then I checked in the fridge and realized we usually buy short sticks. It met all the requirements. The picture is wrong, its size and pattern on it make it the prettiest dish in the house.

I really like this dish, I was a little disappointed that the sticks of MeadowGold (our favorite butter) are too long to fit on the floor. I measured the chopsticks before ordering the dish but they are tilted inwards so much that they don't fit. Just wanted people to know, just in case. . . If I had known two sticks wouldn't work I would have looked for a different style.
