While I'm fine not having soccer leashes in the bags, I'm a little taken aback by the Lack of stickiness to stick it on the wall. The box clearly shows how to peel and apply the tape on the back, but there is no tape. I bought a similar brand a few years ago that is no longer available and it came ready to use.

I wanted to keep bags somewhere in the yard because our dog likes to eat what leaving her behind so we have to be quick to pick up. When I saw this I thought it's just what I need. In theory the dispenser is great but I've found that it doesn't work as intended and the bags get stuck and you still have to remove the roll. I still store rolls in it, but you really can't capture individual packets the way it's supposed to.
