Super soft. My two complaints: 1. I wish they were a little longer. They are very short. 2. Instead of the black pair pictured with the rainbow/unicorn pair, we have a pink pair. I bought them specifically because it's hard to find non-pink shorts for girls. My daughter is not a big fan of pink.

My daughter loves them! She wears them all the time because they are very soft even though they were bought for dancing. I like that they are a little longer than other dance shorts so they don't ride up. But they are also not too long like conventional cycling shorts. The material is soft as I mentioned but also perfect in terms of flexibility (doesn't restrict or bind) and they don't show through! I will definitely buy more.

It was amazing for my daughter to wear bathing suits when doing gymnastics. She has worn them several times a week for the past 6 months and they are still like new. I turn them inside out, put them in a garment bag of the same colors, and wash them on a gentle cycle. I turn them over and hang them on hangers to air dry and when they are dry they stay on those hangers in her closet until the next time they are worn.
