Really pretty in the kitchen and dining room

Nice that they come in a 2 pack. I use one on cereal in the morning, rinse it out and use it on snacks throughout the day. I'll keep the other one for dinner. Very easy to use, I love that I don't have to take out the measuring cups. And it's easier to keep track of what portions look like. Very durable and beautiful bowls. I wash them in the dishwasher every night. I haven't tried it in the microwave yet.

Brilliant for easy measuring without the use and constant rinsing of cups

God that's expensive...for 2 non-plastic bowls...BUT they're worth every penny! Everything has gotten bigger over the past few decades... including the bowls in my dishes, and these bowls are smaller than both! You might think of them as "baby" sizes... but the truth is, we should all probably be reducing the portions of everything we eat. They help a lot with that. 1 cup of something in a 4 cup bowl makes you feel like you have next to nothing... 1 cup in a 2 cup bowl makes you feel muchโ€ฆ

Weight Loss in Cooking & Entertainment

This is a set of two porcelain bowls that can be washed in the dishwasher, microwave and oven, but honestly I'd reject the oven as there are no limits 350 degrees etc These are 12-ounce bowls, or one-and-a-half cups. I looked at other diet bowls but they were all melamine. I wanted the porcelain to be durable and I could wash and cook in it. If necessary, you can not do this with melamine. In fact, any 12-ounce bowl is enough for weight loss. You can just mark them on the outside with aโ€ฆ
