Nice but lack of service

So, I had a white gold pair, I lost one and tried to change the order but they keep sending yellow gold instead of white. My husband and I have tried three times to get WHITE gold without success. I sent a message and didn't receive a reply. The earrings themselves are beautiful; I'm just not happy with the customer service.
