Does not include its own charger. However, I used a phone charger. Charged according to the instructions that REALLY came with the kit. I took it to work, in my own box, took it out, put it on the table, it worked for 5 minutes. Then when I tried to turn it back on it worked for about 45 seconds and now it's just dead. HOLD DO NOT BUY IT'S NOT WORTH A PEN. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

I give this fan three stars. Love the unique design and Pac Man branding. The design of the connected monitor is very convenient. This guy is a bit noisy, so don't expect a quiet fan even at low speeds. It's around 60dB up close and drops to around 50dB a few meters away, which is the optimal range for this fan. Overall I'm happy with the fan, but I would give it more stars if the price was lower.

This fan is OK. I wouldn't say it's $27. Maybe 15. I like that it can be placed on a monitor and its slim profile. There isn't much air movement and the touch button isn't very responsive. It takes me a few tries to turn it on. Update: The seller emailed me repeatedly asking me to edit/remove my review and offered me money for it. I received about 5 letters. I am not changing my rating. This fan isn't bad, it just isn't worth the $25+ price tag.

I really like this fan. This is perfect for cooling down my PS4. The room I have my PS4 in is like a small boiler room, the hot air cannot escape from this closed space. I need some kind of small USB fan to keep the system cool so it doesn't overheat. The fan is better than any other USB fan I've had in the past because it doesn't rumble or move when it's on. And the Pacman design really suits my gaming system. Very glad I received this.

So don't think it draws air from the back like a normal fan. It pulls from the bottom, which doesn't seem to be a problem until you put it on your monitor. You now have HVAC ducts in the ceiling (cold air falls) and warm air rises. So if it's going to be placed on top of your monitor (as advertised), it doesn't make sense to have an air intake on the bottom of the fan to blow the hot air coming up from your monitor into your face. .
