Basically exactly what I expected based on some youtube demos. The vacuum volume still surprised me. And there was a black plastic frame that wasn't good. Great investment! This dental vacuum works very well and is easy to set up. I was able to do 3 pairs of family members, the retainers are so well formed with this machine. This machine paid for itself after I made my own dental retainers. My orthodontist wanted $200 to replace my lost retainers. I was able to make my own braces by purchasing this machine and dental molds for less than $145 for two pairs of braces!
