Dont waste your money

Junk, only lasted about 5 minutes, my 3000mah traxxas battery lasts over 25min. i bought 2 of them, both the same, i returned both. They should last over 30 minutes.

Pros
  • Wish had better instructions for charging the first time. But it works fine.
Cons
  • Lasted about 6 cycles. Junk battery

Does what we need it to

Doesn't seem to have that much more run time compared to Traxxas 3000. Regardless of rating it works as good in our application.Like the fact NIMH is more forgiving and safer for the kids to operate.

Pros
  • worked until i broke an axle. ( about 1.5 hours) still running great a year later
Cons
  • The FCONEGY NiMH Battery is a bit on the heavy side which can make it more difficult to handle, especially during longer RC car races or competitions

Great power for the price

It gets quite warm after being charged, try not to use immediately after. Great battery life, and excellent power. Thanks for attention.

  • I Bought this for my Traxxas R/C and it exceeded my expectations.
Cons
  • The 8.4V, 5000MAh, 7-Cell capacity of the battery may be too high for some vehicles, causing them to overheat or even blow out their motors if they are not designed to handle such a powerful battery
