Excellent service. on my review.

First battery I got wouldn’t hold a charge and I live off grid so I really needed my battery. I called Revain and they replaced my battery within a few days! Second battery is good to go and I am very very thankful for Revain customer service! Oh, this battery is HEAVY. It’s heavier than me so my boyfriend had to carry it everywhere to get it tested and stuff (not fun) but now with it being hooked up to my solar power and being a new battery it holds a charge very well. We aren’t home most of…

Renogy takes a long time to Warranty their products

I purchased two of the pure gel batteries a year or so ago only to have them fail. When I emailed Renogy about the problem it took them two weeks to return my email. When they finally did call me they refused to warranty the batteries which would not put out any more that 11.48volts. Beware an be ready for them to blame your charging gear. I had installed a brand new AIMS Charger/inverter when the batteries were installed and set everything up according to the specs provided with the batteries…

Battery not charging

After a storm here inMissouri, I used the battery with a simple inverter to run lights and way less watts of power on a few other items (cell Phone, Tablet etc.) The battter used less than half for that time. I've only had this battery for a month and it won't charge to its full capacity. This isn't my first rodeo so it's NOT connection or operators error. The goods were faulty and I'm very disappointed with this battery and in myself for trusting this product.

Great for the value!

They do weight a lot. But excellent batteries. I use it on my fifth wheel and I go for weeks without running my generator. The gel battery technology may not be as efficient as other battery options!

Battery looks good but is missing bolts.

Battery looks to be in great shape except it didn’t come with bolts to connect it to my setup. I know I can buy these separately but the picture of the battery clearly shows bolts with the battery so I assumed they came with them. I would like to get these sent to me if at all possible and to get these hooked up and add some stars to the review.

This Thing is a Beast!

This battery is super heavy! I'm a big guy and this is so heavy it's hard to carry. I'm using this for my Sprinter van conversion and it's doing the trick for everything I need. Renogy is a reputable company and I'm happy I went this route. Pricey, but should be worth it.

Missing bolts - my new review

Packaging shredded during shipping, bolts missing. Support refuses to send replacement unless I take a picture of the box it was to come in, which was not present.Auto self discharge seems to be a major problem, a battery should not self discharge by 25% in less then a month.

Offgrid dependability.

I've been using this on my offgrid system over 6 months now and love them. I'm using 2 of them in series for my 24V solar battery bank.
