Warranty ? on coaxial speakers

Item has worked properly for about a year. But. I contacted POWERBASS about a warranty or bought a defective speaker to replace. You didn't recognize me. So. would not buy again. I would also like to add that I have been doing audio for 20 years. I took the speaker around. This is a cheap speaker with a good cabinet.
