Disappointing Sound Quality Highlighted in Renewed Headphones

After trying this product, I was left feeling underwhelmed. While the affordable price of these renewed headphones was attractive, the sound quality simply did not meet expectations. Despite being marketed for use with electronics, these headphones failed to deliver crisp and clear audio. Ultimately, the cons far outweigh the single pro of affordability. As such, I would not recommend purchasing this product for those in search of high-quality headphones.

Headphones dirty

The packaging was quite dirty and there were some foreign objects on the headphones themselves. I also uploaded photos. I scraped the brown stuff off them but I don't know what it was.

Cleanliness/novelty

They didn't even clean the headphones they were caked on and I was pissed I guessed this purchase hoping they were reliable. I bought the Asurion 3 year warranty but when I got the package it had a repair company warranty for 'unlimited cell work'. Now I'm just confused as to whether I have a 90 day warranty or a 3 year warranty and what the gray lines are there.
