Arrived with broken glass :-(

Ordered 2 to give my parents a framed photo of their new grandson for the holidays Unfortunately one arrived with broken glass which I only discovered when I was in the post office and it was too late to order a replacement.Very nice frame, just wish it had arrived in better condition.

. Bought two of these and the first one was perfect! The second had a small chip

I bought two of these and the first one was perfect! The second had a small chip which would have been nice if it hadn't been for the writing. I fixed it with a marker rather than messing around with sending it back and I was dying to put my granddaughter's christening photo in it! Nice frame!
