Shortening the strap is no problem, but lengthening it is IMPOSSIBLE. being attached to the 3rd hole from the end makes it impossible to use the strap for its intended purpose, ie to wear it on the outside of the sleeve of the jacket 'in the field'. This is a quality bracelet. I received 23mm for Luminox color coding. It looks nice and fits well. This is a good quality strap and the zulu rings look nice. It's a short strap (I have small wrists) so it wears, but no loop. That's the only thing worth noting - the length (the watch is already on) is 26.5cm, so check and make sure it's long enough for your wrist. For my small wrist it goes through all the rings but doesn't make a loop, FYI. For me it is suitable for everyday use.

Nice NATO/Zulu strap. Light color, good fit. I put it on my Casio MRW-200H after filing down some of the resin case to make room for the strap - a snug fit. Thinner material works better on this watch. I bought this strap to use with my G-Shock GA2000. Considering the G-Shock had a 24mm band and now you can use interchangeable bands, I was interested in the new band. I chose this strap because of the color and to be honest the NATO straps are 24mm wide. The strap looks nice. The black hardware appears to be of good quality.
