Based on my experience this is the best carpet cleaner I've ever used! The pressure shut off feature prevents over-wetting and the result is a deep-cleaned carpet that looks brand new .The lightweight and compact design makes it easy to store, and the multiple attachments make it possible to clean upholstery and stairs with ease. The only downside is that it doesnt HAVE a wider cleaning path, which means it takes a bit longer to clean larger areas. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase

At 3000psi rating both valves ordered are leaking - flow cannot be stopped. Upon further investigation it was found that on both valves purchased the O-ring on the stem had sheared off - probably during assembly - had been pinched. Both are junk now.
