Sturdy and reliable hook for industrial use

According to my experience, this hook has been a lifesaver in my industrial plant. It's made of durable material and can handle heavy loads well. It's ideal for construction sites and other heavy-duty environments.

Pros
  • Durable and reliable for industrial use
Cons
  • Limited usability outside of industrial and scientific settings

Kid tested, Mom approved

This is a hook and eye; Drill a small hole, screw it in, having previously determined the distance. Ta-da, you can't open this closet again without unhooking the hook. My kids hate them.

Pros
  • Commonly used for attaching wooden screen doors to door frames
Cons
  • weak

It's for convenience... not safety.

We needed something easier to use than bungee when we go out and this was just what we needed. We had to use a bungee grappling hook and it was easy to hang onto when trying to get out, but nothing to hook on here. They feel light and don't hold anyone down in any way, and at around $4 a pair, they were probably twice the price, but I didn't have to drive 40 miles to a store to get them...and I still have one Substitute. He keeps the chicken coop door closed, so it works for me.

Pros
  • These clasps can be used for a variety of purposes.
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared.
