I like how easy it is to use and set up. You can easily do all of your printing from any device you have with an internet connection. The customer service is top notch. They are always willing to help if there is anything they can do to make things easier for you. I dislike how slow the website loads sometimes. It takes longer than necessary for me to load the page. Sometimes there will be a few seconds where nothing happens. This is not very frustrating when you are just browsing through pages

I like how easy it is to use for business. It's very easy to set up your account and you can add multiple printers at once as well as the ability to change the price per page. The only thing I dislike about this printer is that sometimes it takes a while for a new invoice to show up in my account.
