I'm 5'2, weigh 190, wear 14/16, apple shaped 38 DD. I purchased size XL. The cut is flattering for an apple shape because it balances a heavier chest with thinner hips. It was fitted in breast area and flared just above stomach. It's a summer dress with a floppy hat kinda dress. My only wish is that it was about 2 inches longer.
