I tried these balls and found them excruciatingly painful and unsuitable for my runners foot problems (including plantar fasciitis). a smaller version of the lacrosse balls I use for myofascial relaxation massage) which I came across on a Q&A for Soma System balls, which are made of hard rubber, where the vendors explained that the massage balls were not at all effortless to use Tendonitis in the sole. These wooden balls are generally not suitable for a deep foot massage. What a bad product!

Even if you don't suffer from foot pain or plantar…
