Thumb hole had to be cut/opened to avoid pressure points. The rest of the design and support are good. Suitable for small wrists, don't know how to fit big wrists.

Velcro keeps falling off. The brace is good for treating my carpal tunnel but the quality has definitely gone down and every time I undo the velcro to remove the brace more velcro loops fall off.

They are great for carpal tunnel. Holds the wrist firmly in place while remaining soft and not as stiff. I sleep in mine. They need to be changed regularly, mine lasted about two years with daily use. Eventually the Velcro wears out. Easy cleaning thanks to the removable stabilizer.

Exactly the same one I got at my local ER when I tore a ligament in my wrist. I needed a second one to wear when I was working in the garden. I love that I can wear it in the shower or toss it in my underwear bag and wash it in the washing machine. It's very comfortable, adjustable, and provides the support and stability I need when my wrist flares up with pain.
