The case itself is worth the price. But it doesn't fit properly for 12.9 Gen 4. I felt like I was going to break either the case itself or the iPad trying to squeeze it in and finally gave up. When I do end up getting it in I wasn't sure if I could get it out again which again might break something. I ended up sending it back and found something with a silicone backing that still keeps the pen charged.

I really needed a case for my iPad so I ordered one but I find the quality is not very good. The back panel is made of plastic and will break easily if dropped. I would say companies usually use TPU material because it won't break if dropped. Most TPU iPhone cases are popular and therefore sell well.
