ProCase IPad 10 5 2019 2017 Review

I didn't buy this case because I thought it was light. I wanted a durable and protective case for my newly refurbished iPad Air 3 to prevent future damage. That's exactly what I got and I'm very happy with it. However, the foldable layer doesn't have a latch to prevent it from sliding/tipping while you're holding it. So if you tend to be a clumsy person, this might not be for you.

I'm not sure what to do about it, but it seems that iPad cases break where the plastic should be thin as there is room for buttons. This case appears to be even more vulnerable as the part broke within about a month of use. It still works, but the remaining plastic is a bit sharp and part of the device is now exposed.

This case is well made, looks good and I found it useless for the way I use my iPad. It slips out of the "slot" too easily and it drives me crazy. This design is very limited. It's hard to hold it on my lap and sometimes it's really bulky and I've dropped it. It won't stay in place when I put it on my exercise bike's stand. I try to stay away from bumpy roads! I really liked this lightweight sleep sleeve for my iPad. But one of the reasons I like the case is its protection, and while the iPad wasn't damaged, the very thin piece of plastic next to the power button broke the only time it was dropped, not hard or far.
