The appearance of the case is simple and professional. I love dark blue - the color is saturated. It's useless for watching TV unless you're over the screen, as the case tilts the iPad in such a way that it's impossible to watch TV while lying down. The material is pretty slick so you have to be careful to hold it down otherwise I can see it will fall easily. I can live with the negatives mentioned above. I liked the look of this case - lightweight, fits well and is a rich shimmering turquoise colour. I wish the back was a bit more grippy - it's smooth, hard plastic, so you have to be careful when you put your iPad down (which isn't a bad idea anyway). And 20 days after I received it, I noticed that the plastic was broken near the power button. I don't think this will cause any problems, but if you're looking for a truly protective case, this may not be the one for you.

I have an old iPad and the case/cover I had to begin with broke. It was a good option, but it's just outdated. Since my iPad is outdated, my options for a new case were very limited. I couldn't replace my old case with the same model because it just wasn't available anymore. This was and is great. A different stand location for easel viewing, but totally normal. I'm glad I found this case because I plan on keeping this iPad until it's obsolete. This may happen soon as Apple has a way to do it.

I bought this iPad case to replace one I've had for the last 7 years that was showing wear. I like this one a lot more as it has a slimmer design and doesn't overlap like my previous one. This is a good case but I bought it hoping it wouldn't interfere with iPad fingerprint recognition like other cases I've found in tried in the past. Unfortunately, this is just as bad as the other cases. For some reason they decided to add a raised bar where the fingerprint reader sits, which makes it almost impossible to put your finger on the reader, which is why the iPad doesn't recognize the fingerprint about 90% of the time.
