The best thing about PSI was how friendly they were with me throughout my entire interview process as well their training program for new hires that helped us better understand our roles within this industry! I started with PSG in June of 2017 and have yet to receive a written performance review from the manager. I do not understand why it takes so long to get them. I have been at my job for over a year and only just received my first written review. I feel like this is not normal in the work culture at PSG.
