I bought these to protect when soldering stained glass windows. The reach is small and I can't use the smallest protector as it doesn't fit my pinky but none of the other four alone. The ones that fit work well enough despite being flimsy. not at all the same as those sold in a sewing shop.

These are excellent finger protectors. They are nice and soft - just what I needed to protect my weeping and cracked fingers. I work with a ton of paper and folders that tire my hands even more. I can't say anything about the durability because I only received it yesterday. I get blisters and cracks (eczema) on my index fingers. Stress, illness, cold/heat, allergies, germs make my fingers blister, crack and peel. I didn't feel any real pain today other than what I had before.
