I like that it's super easy to use, has many integrations with other apps/tools (mailchimp) etc so you can do all of your marketing stuff in one place! I like that it's easy to use, and you can customize everything. I dislike that there are some features that are not as intuitive as they should be. For example, I've had issues with notifications not going out when I'm expecting them. I also wish there was more flexibility in terms of how many emails I could send out per day.
