The zipper pull of my cover came clean off exactly six days after my warranty coverage expired and Coverstore is unwilling to help me. So make darn sure to give your seams and zippers a tug before your warranty expires to check that everything is good. The emails from customer service have been quite curt as well. I wouldn't shop with them again.
