Good chain, but the u-lock is booty

The chain is pretty high quality, dense metal. The u-lock is an entirely different story. Absolutely garbage - it feels half plastic and the internals rusted within 2 months, and now I can’t get the dang thing off. There are plenty of other locks on the market because this ain’t it.

Chain only good thing about the lock

Barely made it six months and the lock failed.Started having trouble getting it to unlock and now none of the keys work to unlock it.Thankfully it was not on the motorcycle when it failed all together.Very poor-quality workmanship, spend a little more for a name brand.

The lock is cheap! good for me

The lock is stuck on the tire of my ATV, I tried multiple keys and cannot get this thing unlocked. Not sure what to do next, junk!UPDATE: call the locksmith over, the spring is broken inside after using it two times. Had to pay 50 bucks to have them cut it off

Bike was stolen with this product

Thieves were in and out of my parking garage in 9mins, stealing my motorcycle that was secured with this lock May not be user-friendly for beginners or inexperienced riders.

Don't waste your money

The chain is sturdy, but it didn't take long for the snaps that hold the fabric cover in place to start breaking. The padlock feels super-cheap, like mostly plastic, and the keys don't fit well into the lock. It's truly ridiculous to pair a high-quality chain with a poor-quality lock. It's only as strong as its weakest link.

Cheap lock on my review.

The chain is good & strong but the lock is cheap. My husband used it for his electric bike & after about 2 days the lock didn’t lock correctly & gave him a hard time to close. When he was able to lock it anyone would be able to open it because it wasn’t secure. It looked closed but wasn’t securely locked. My husband kept the chain part and threw away the lock and just bought himself a stronger sturdier more secure lock.

The chain is sturdy and reliable. The lock however is a total joke. If you plan to buy this, also get a good lock. A padlock works fine

Poor quality in my review

Purchased it to lock my expensive bicycle. You shaped lock does not hold and just pulls apart. Return window of 30 days not long enough as only started using in the spring when I purchased before christmas.

Like the thickness of the chain but lock seems a little cheap, back up security also went with a disk brake lock That's my review.

Bucket of rust!: my feedback

What a joke! The box is filled with rust dust. The chain is completely rusted so bad that one of the links is cracked in half! I was so waiting for this.
