These shirts were very comfortable, kept you cool and protected from the sun. I'm 5ft 7in tall, skinny and size S fits perfectly. My only complaint, which wasn't a big issue for me, is that the hood doesn't have a drawstring so it falls off when you're on a boat or in the wind. Otherwise, this is a perfect SPF shirt. I will buy it again.

Unfortunately the sleeves are a regular length so it's ok like a regular shirt but thumb holes are unsuitable. If you put your thumbs through the holes, the sleeves are pulled tight and the shirt pulled over the shoulders. They had to add two inches to the sleeves when they added thumb holes.

My husband bought these because he is a landscaper in the Houston area where it gets sunny and hot in the summer. He complained of an itchy back and found it to be from the sun, even though he was wearing ordinary T-shirts. But in these shirts his back doesn't itch and he doesn't burn in the sun. He loves them and has bought several packs. He's usually a medium, and the medium is a little loose. The little one has moved in.

Quality seems ok but thin, buy 2 size up if you don't need spandex. The product appears to be of decent quality. It's very light and looks transparent so I'm wondering how much it protects from the sun/UV rays. The biggest issue is that I bought the large when I usually wear the medium and it was tight like a spandex top. I ended up gifting it to my son who wears a small and it was a bit big for him. If this goes on for a few months I'll probably increase the stars to 4.

I've worn several of these shirts all summer while working in the garden and just going for walks and I've managed to avoid sunburn all the time without sunscreen . I have been very honestly stripped and sunburned in a hoodie in 30 minutes on a cloudy day in the past, but they were able to protect my back from the sun for hours at maximum sun exposure. I was very skeptical at first, but they really work. The only complaints I have is that the hood could be a bit longer to cover more of the face

Bought for a mid summer motorbike ride. As a redhead, I burn fast and bad, blisters and pain didn't bother me the whole trip. My arm span is 6ft straight to my fingertips and the oversized sleeve fits snugly on my wrist when I use the thumbholes to protect my hands...but I didn't feel uncomfortable fishing all day.
