Not very useful Good for camera mounts and clips

Not worth it. The black stripe in the image is conspicuous and highly undesirable. Maybe you can cut it out in the mail, but it's not worth the hassle to me. I returned the refills after one use.

Perfect! on camera and photo

Absolutely thrilled! It fits well and the feel of the case is better than the Insta360. Haven't used the Cold Shoe Mounts yet but will soon. In this case, it is also easier for the camera to access the power and record buttons.

Has some flaws best in accessories

First, what's wrong: The metal nut that you put the mounting screw into pops out easily. I think I can fix it with super glue. However, the side cold shoe mount interferes with the 360ยฐ rubber camera lens protector. When the camera is in the mount, you cannot use the lens protector. The concept of opening the case to mount the camera works, but it's not exactly straightforward. Pros: It's lightweight and the camera shoe works. as expected.

Has a few quirks

However, the side cold shoe mount interferes with the rubberized 360ยฐ camera lens protection. You cannot use a lens protector with a camera in the mount. Ring cannot be removed from photos - images are not acceptable

This is May 17th, 2021. I downloaded the latest version of the Insta360 Studio app which advertised the best stitch. I was hoping this would remove the black ring these protectors create in the final image. Selecting the Lens Guard R stitching option helped a lot, but the ring is still visible and makes the resulting images totally unacceptable in my opinion. Pry tool after installation. never mind And they appear to be well made from a fairly protective material. Great idea and the idea ofโ€ฆ

Don't waste time with them.

At first I was glad to have the protection! But it wasn't as good as without her. Most noticeable in low light, the ring cannot be removed from the image. With room lighting, I don't have time to see it, and sometimes it's not there. But then the color doesn't match. I tried rotating the camera to see if that would help, but no. Walking is not so easy and pleasant, that was the best thing about this business. But in the field and trying to get rid of it wasn't easy. I didn't know it wasn't aโ€ฆ
