Provas most valuable tool for customer success teams

The best thing about prova or test link in sales force was that we can create our own custom fields which are not available by default with standard field names like "Name" etc., so this helped us alot while creating customized profiles of accounts. It took sometime before I realized how powerful this software actually could be when used along side other tools such as Api builder/API manager (which helps you write your api calls).
