Recently had to buy a new PSP after my 1k series finally died (several years with one, never had a problem until now). It's only after buying a brand new 3k series that I realize that the plug on my old headphone is too big for the new console. If you play music on your PSP, this is definitely a must have. I can also confirm that there is NO buzz as previous reviews from a year ago say. This is great, you can put your PSP to sleep so none of the PSP buttons work and turn off the screen, after which you can control volume and music selections without even touching the PSP. They fit in the ear quite well, they have a good cord length and the remote has a small clip so you can clip it to your clothes. I've been using it for about an hour
