Thick cardboard. I prefer plastic, but I don't think I've read/seen that it's not plastic. Definitely still good quality and graphics.

That's just cardboard. Not good quality at all. It flexed as soon as I put it on the rod in the closet. Now at this point I have to buy the best ones. waste of money.

They are cute and match the description and picture. They are simply made out of heavy duty cardboard but seem strong enough to just hang in a closet. I'm disappointed because they are too big to use in a child's closet. They will hang as there is a rod above the regular hanger but they will still serve their purpose.
