This stone is simply a bomb! I had a scar on my arm and now it's completely invisible, I just rub it every day as much as I can. I gave it to my sister but for some reason her hand was all closed and she held it until evening when her hand was normal again. Now I buy for my mother in law. Get one! Or 2 or 3. The small print on the back of the box says it's good for relieving stress, relieving tension, relaxing sore muscles and more! I wouldn't be without!

I bought 2 of these together for my massage practice. It is very important to have the same size for the hand and for the heating process. My 2 were completely different sizes - one is twice as thick as the other so they cannot be used together as palm stones as they are at completely different temperatures when used. I am disappointed in the lack of standardization in stone cutting. Also, these are good Himalayan salt stones.

Pros: Less than half the cost of stones suitable for salt Ideal size for small hands Cons: Jagged edges. I don't mind. It was quick and only took a few minutes. Variable thickness. It only bothers me when it heats up. Plan accordingly. If you are looking for size consistency and something you can use right away, these stones are not for you. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind saving a little, these will work!

Milled to a beautiful bar shape, ideal for underarms. Effective as a deodorant, but very porous and rough on the skin. Burns like crazy from the first few uses. It will not become smooth when used. I had to throw it away.

It's ovoid but flat because it's sliced so you have protrusions on both sides which are pretty sharp when you use it for massage. I suppose you could sand them down.

I ordered two flat oval pure himalayan salt massage stones, I received them but one had a crack and they were both only 3.0 inches long and 0.75 inches thick, the package is 3.5 inches long and 1 inch thick. When I submitted my question, I was replaced with an even smaller stone made almost entirely of white salt, not pink Himalayan salt. I send a message but no reply. All stones were significantly paler in color than pictured for sale. I would NOT buy from this company again.
