In the summer we often invite family and friends over for a hearty meal in our lake cabin! This particular dish is perfect for cakes, casseroles and egg recipes. When I first used pans, the inner rim broke off! The inner rim is so sharp it got two chips after the first use, I cut my finger pretty badly trying to wash it and as it's an inner rim I can't trust that I can't get a glass in my food with it. Of course, I was able to use it for the first time after my return window on Revain closed, so a total waste of $$$. Had to buy to replace my 20 year old Pyrex pan which broke after I took it out of a 450 degree oven but placed it on a cold surface 😕

Probably the most used cookware in my kitchen. I use if for almost everything I bake in the oven, from meat to casseroles, pastries, cakes and side dishes. I can put two side by side in my oven with no problem. I was very upset that I had left one behind on retreat recently. He disappeared when I realized what I had done and came back to get him.
