Product does not hold wires

Tried 10 connectors of all sizes but none of the connectors held the wire. Looking at these connectors I noticed that they don't have coils in the connectors. Check out some others I've had and they all had them. That's probably why they were so cheap. I used solid wire. Stranded wire can work. I didn't try. I have returned the item.

Great quality - I blow them like CANDY

I use a ton of these - will definitely buy again because they are better quality than some of the 3M compounds that Wal-Mart sells in the store - softer plastic and metal Makes that first secure crimp a lot easier with a successful pull test, the wires don't pull out and I can trust the connections I'm making with it for the first time!

Doesn't hold onto terminals well

I've tried the red and blue ferrules on wires #18 and #14 several times with 3 different types of crimping tools. I have a habit of pulling on the wire to ensure a proper connection. So I rummaged through my tools, found some of my old connectors and used them with no problem. I'm a retired electrician and would never use them for an electrical hookup. . The connecting metal is so thin that it cannot support the crimp.

Complete junk, far from "high quality ", as they say.

I used a good ratchet crimping tool and couldn't fix the wires, they just slipped out completely. I've made thousands of crimp connections, it's just old junk. The metal tube is very thin and has an open seam along its entire length, which only aggravates the situation. Depending on the relationship between seam placement and gathering, they hold low to extremely low tension before slipping. I have one fell, just shake the wire with no tension. Also, there are no small dividers in the box as…

The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box. Broken container, very small bubble to protect the package, not properly sorted. What was left of the packaging fell off before I could take it off. The lid of the bin fell off immediately, and good thing I bought a tool chest for all my terminals and connections (works much better than most suitcases and is waterproof) otherwise I wouldn't have room to put it. In general I'm glad they have flared ends for the wire, I'm not very versed in

Blue and red are fine but yellow won't catch

I was replacing wires in a broken truck. The wires are in the door and repeated bending has failed them. Before I started using these connectors, I figured I should test them out on my desktop with some spare wires first. I have limited space to work with a truck so I need this to work first time. I have two different types of crimping tools and a sturdy handle. The yellow crimp connectors in this set suck. They grab very thin strands, but regular strands (the ones in my truck) no matter what I

TOTAL GARBAGE DO NOT BUY ZERO STARS

Conclusion: 100% scrap, do not buy. I fix cars and do electrical work a few times a year. These plugs are worthless cheap chinese junk. They were very economical with materials and mass-produced this useless piece of nothing for a profit, expecting unsuspecting buyers. The metal insert inside is too thin and weak. I have two different power tools. I tried crimping the red connector and the blue connector at the end of the wire. It doesn't hold because the metal inside is too thin to create a…
