Excellent quick couplers

They are of very good quality. I cut them in half and used one to connect to the battery and the other to my jeep's headlights. This makes it easy to change bulbs later on the go as I only need to replace one end and the other is ready to plug in. The wire is good, 10 gauge. quality material here.

Pros
  • Electrical
Cons
  • Drill kit

I used them almost exclusively!

A bit tight when connected and I'm not sure if they weigh 10g but their insulation is top notch and doesn't burn even when they get hot. It got really weak at max temperature so make sure nothing bites them, but this is general advice. I looked around for others but nine had the same good insulation and wire gauge so my vote went to them.

Pros
  • Wiring Harnesses
Cons
  • Sad Hardware

Not exactly 10 gauge. More like 12 gauge.

After reading a lot about wire gauges, I learned that 10 AWG solid wire is standardized to .1019 inch diameter and 12 AWG solid wire is standardized to .08080 diameter. Stranded wire is usually larger in diameter due to the small amount of void space between strands of wire that would otherwise be 10 gauge solid wire. To get the right measurement you need to measure the diameter of a strand, take the circumference in mils and multiply that by the number of strands. My eyesight isn't good enough

Pros
  • Replacement Parts
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
