I bought a set of flowers and it wasn't what I expected. There aren't enough strips of each color to make a flower with just one color. Only 4 strips of each color, and all the flowers they show have 5 or 6 petals, so each of my flowers had to have petals of an alternating color. I love the variety of colors in this set. You can make all the flowers in the photo. The included instructions helped me make many flowers for greeting cards. However, I wouldn't call it a "kit" because it doesn't have the necessary tools to build a project. It's just papers and a pattern book. I would call this an addition to the Quilling Creations Starter Kit as this kit just gives you more paper and more instructions on how to create different colors.
