Perfect connection in headphones

These headphones are the perfect combination of me, my family and my Roland RD 2000 piano. The sound quality is excellent, with a bit of hissing at medium to high volumes (as to be expected) and almost on par with my Astell & Kerns headphones, which sell for almost 10x the price. They're lightweight but wrap around my ears enough to create a great seal that blocks out unwanted outside noise. Would I buy again and maybe soon!

Bad audio quality.

My Roland RH-200 monitor headphones are broken. They were used on the classic Roland C-330 organ. I've been told that the RH-300 has better sound in the very low and high frequencies. It couldn't be more wrong. The RH-300 had very strong bass and the organ's upper frequencies were washed out, particularly the shimmering string parts which were more accurately reproduced by the less expensive RH-200. I returned the RH-300 stereo headphones and bought the RH-200 monitor headphones. Even then, myโ€ฆ

Excellent in many ways

They are very well made and surprisingly comfortable. The highs are crisp, the mids are crystal clear and smooth and the lows are a little over the top meaning they probably won't make the best headphones for a monitor, but they are great headphones for enjoyment or music playback. In other words, they're interesting to listen to, but they don't have a completely flat response. Flat answers often sound a bit muffled, so they suit me very well. The only real criticism I have of them is that they

Sound perfection with an e-drum module!

These Roland headphones are probably the best audio I've ever bought. I've used them with my Roland electronic drum kit that I've owned for 25 years. For years I felt guilty that I might be disturbing my neighbors with my unprofessional drumming, but I was convinced that no pair of headphones could reproduce all frequencies as naturally as the acoustic array I heard through my speakers. I was completely blown away by how the RH-300 reproduced everything I heard through my speakers without anyโ€ฆ

Nice sound but not ideal for playing a digital instrument.

I bought these headphones for my Roland LX708 so I can practice piano anytime without disturbing anyone. These are closed-back headphones, so sound penetration is minimal (you have to be right next to the person wearing the headphones to hear anything at all). The downside is that they can get hot over the ears after prolonged use. They're quite comfortable, sitting around the ears instead of over them, but they're not as light and comfortable as the closed Sennheisers. (I recently bought aโ€ฆ
