No screws, not even a ground screw. No padding. The screws (at least the ground screw for sure) and gasket were clearly listed as included.

Well made and should look good for years to come. Please note that NO gaskets or screws are included. Requires #10-24 mounting screws, which are hard to find in the field.

As already mentioned, the weatherproof seal is not included in the scope of delivery. There are 4 short screw hole options in the mounting rails. The box is very well put together. I don't need all the locking screws for my purposes. Might try to find a simpler one on Revain to install 2 more external lights. Great quality again.

I had to mount a light fixture on a brick wall outside. I didn't want it to be that thick because I wanted to mount it on a brick wall. I couldn't drown it in the wall as it would require so much brick removal. I just wanted a hole in the center back. I could not find a flat junction box suitable for outdoor use.
