Absolutely beautiful kettle. You can tell that a lot of talent and care has gone into its creation and the design is one of a kind. I didn't want to send it back but it was so small. It's about the size of a small coffee mug, and I needed a larger kettle. I was so torn because I wanted to keep it.

I really wanted this pot to please, but most likely it will become a decoration for tea. First, it doesn't pour very well and drips when stopping and starting, and the flow is turbulent compared to the smooth flow of a well-made spout. Second, there is a very noticeable stitching on the handle that catches the eye. There is also a hole in the lid for no reason as the spout is "open" type. Are they created by tea lovers? I like: very nice, the color is kind of matte - not matte, but the luster is not shiny - hard to describe. The golden highlights of the moon and grass catch the light, but in a nice way. Dislikes: Very, very small - I have tea mugs that hold more. The spout is wide too, but I don't think it matters the temperature of the tea as it doesn't hold much.
